She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lazo and Ristina Lazo; her husband Martin J. Czemerda; her son Rev. Edward M. Czemerda; and her brother Thomas Lazo.
She is survived by: her children, Nicholas Czemerda (Mary Jane) and Christina Czemerda (Rhonda Kittle); and her grandchildren, Brandon M. Czemerda, Nicole E. Czemerda, Cait Carson and Allyson Enciso. She is also survived by her nine great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
