He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence W. McGuigan and Freda McGuigan (Forsythe); his children, Chevella Kardos and Justine McGuigan; his granddaughters, Jessica Kosack and Kayla Kardos; and his siblings, Margaret Klimko, Donald McGuigan, Brenda Meklas, Gary McGuigan and John McGuigan.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Michael D'Orio, Ashley McGuigan and Angelita Duhaylonsod; and his siblings, James F. McGuigan (Raquel), Carol Hohn, Maureen Kemerer (John), Lorraine Carroll (Aaron), Mark McGuigan, Roslyn Spelman (Robert) and Renee Strausser (Brian). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
