She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Carl and Mary Ann Matter. She is survived by: her parents, Allen W. Smith of Tarentum and Mary Ann Smith (Matter) of Tarentum; her children, Besides, Mykayla Rose and Alexia Mae Shreves of Creighton; her brother Daniel Smith of Tarentum; her grandmother Martha E. Smith of New Haven, KY.; her stepmother Donna J. Groncki; and her stepbrothers, Levi and Logan Pertinaci of Tarentum. She is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles and cousins.

Family suggests contributions to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
