He was predeceased by: his wife Mildred J. "Millie" Pavlik (Bogan). He is survived by: his parents, John A. and Dorothy Pavlik (Gretz); his children, David G. Pavlik (Karen) of Jefferson Hills and Lori L. Parrish (Gary); his grandchildren, Carly Brzoska (James), Jessica Parrish, Kristen Pavlik and John Pavlik; and his sister Margaret Farineau of Fort Pierce.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
