He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter H. Crook and Thelma G. Crook (Pope); his son Walter Glenn Crook; and his siblings, Bernard B. Crook and Arebah Pearl Sullinger.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lee Crook (Peace); his children, Vickie Lee Crook, Philip Edward Crook, Jr. (Stacy), Laverna Jean Crook, Pamela Sue Shoemaker (Nathan) and Terri Lynn Crook (Cainan Gromley); his grandchildren, Philip Michael Crook (Katie Fairman), Anna Marie Shoemaker (Travis Dixon), Philip Edward Crook, III (Lareina Bouch), Jake Steven Crook, Shelbie Lynn Childs, Damien James Crook, Samuel Philip Gromley and Dean Walter Gromley; and his brothers, Dayton C. Crook (Mary) and Walter Crook (Dale).
