He was predeceased by: his father Nicholas Lezanic. He is survived by: his mother Audrey Henry Lezanic; and his siblings, Mary Jo Rickard (Larry), Cherry Tree, Terry Lezanic (Carrie), Jayne Taylor (Richard) and Keith Lezanic (Donna). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
