He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Kunkle and Margaret Kunkle (McGinnis); and his brothers, Edward and James. He is survived by: his wife Karen (Williams); his children, John M Kunkle (Yolanda), David Kunkle (Jill) and Terry Kunkle; and his grandchildren, Jessica (Mike), Rebecca (William), Brad (Kayla), Kelli (David), Joshua (Monica), Zachary (Katrina), Luke, Gary (Emily), Alexa and Craig Brocious (Keisha).
