He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Jane Dixon (Frailey) and Clyde Cummins; his wife Wendy Cummins; and his stepfather William Dixon. He is survived by: his daughter Kaitlyn Potts (Travis); his siblings, Timothy Cummins (Donna) and Sheila Rankin (Don); his parents-in-law, Don and Linda Mauer; his stepdaughters, Rebecca Sowers (Luca) and Jamie Williams (Mikey); and his grandchildren, Olivia and Blake Potts. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
