He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl LeRoy and Charlotte May Bouch (Wells). He is survived by: his wife Janet Bouch (Yeomans); his daughters, Heather Bouch of Creekside, Jennifer Clayton (Steven) of Blairsville and Emily Gaston (Brian) of Indiana; and his grandchildren, Elliott, Erica Clayton and Keegan Fetterman.
