He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter J. Mikovch and Helen Mikovch (Oleyar); his wife Phyllis R. Mikovch (Anderson); and his siblings, Joyce Schanz (Mikovch) and Peter J. "Jack" Mikovch.
He is survived by: his children, Dr. Debra R. Scarpati (Mikovch) of Bucks County and Attorney Eric J. Mikovch (Rebecca) of Cranesville; his brother Donald L. Mikovch (Wanda) of Alexandria, Virginia.; and his grandchildren, Laura Beth Scarpati (Matt Dorsey) of Rochester, NY., Michael A. Scarpati (Cara) of Philadelphia, PA., Cole J. Mikovch of Cranesville, Brodie A. Mikovch of Cranesville, Mason P. Mikovch of Cranesville and Tessa L. Mikovch of Cranesville.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mattera Funeral Home (188 E State St, Albion, PA 16401). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
