He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fuller and Mary Fuller (Swaney); his wife Barbara Fuller (Everett); his former wife Rosalie Kangas (Kleckner); his siblings, Ethel Bertram, Catherine Frndak, Walter Fuller, Gerald Fuller, Arthur Fuller and Joel Fuller; and his stepchildren, Jeffrey, Bradley and Melanie Fuller.
He is survived by: his children, Laura Desin (Robert), Kenneth Fuller (Debra), Perry Fuller (Debra), Shawn Fuller (JoAnn), Christopher Fuller (Robin) and Derrick Fuller (Stephanie). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
