He was predeceased by: his son William L. Moon, Jr.; and his siblings, Betty Winger, Beverly Wice, Edward Moon and Robert Moon.
He is survived by: his granddaughters, April R. Moon of Oil City and Rachel L. Kapp (Brandon) of Oil City; his great grandchildren, Lydia and William Kapp; his daughter-in-law Tina Moon of Oil City; and his sisters, Sharon Heller of Seneca and Judy Flinchbaugh (Jim) of Venus.
