He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Leadbetter and Pearl M. Ambil Leadbetter; his granddaughter Judith Kathleen Fye; and his siblings, Raymond, Clara, Melvin, Clarence, Ethel, Leroy "Bus", Goldie and Lloyd.
He is survived by: his former wife Judith E. Frederick; his wife Judy; his children, Steven Leadbetter (Lynda) of Shippenville, Candace Fye (Dudley) of Knox and Brenda Cokain (David) of Franklin; his grandchildren, Clayton Leadbetter, Jennifer Winters, John Leadbetter (Chrystal), Joshua Fye (Deb) and Abigail Simcheck (Jeremy); his great grandchildren, Joe, Jack, Jill Winters, Matthew, McKenzie Corner, Nicholas, Mason and Katelyn Simcheck; and his sister Patsy Hileman (Bill).
