He is survived by: his spouse Lisa Chambers; his children, Kristina Mong (Randy) of Oil City, Brandi Hoover (Donny) of Sugar Creek, Kenny Lowrie (Denise) of Cranberry and Izabella Lowrie of Cranberry; his grandchildren, Katrina Hurrelbrink, Kristian Rowland, Reileigh Rowland, Austin Mong, Aiden Mong, Aubrey Mong, Rylan Mong, Isaiah Hoover, Shyann Hoover and Summer Lowrie; and his siblings, Marjorie Heffern (Dennis) of York, Robert Lowrie (Patricia) of Venus, Donna Snyder (David) of Franklin, Kenneth Lowrie Sr. of Franklin and Barb Dickinson (Jim) of Oil City. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
