She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Frederick and Margaret May Frederick; her husband William Wayne Leadbetter; her granddaughter Judith Kathleen Fye; and her sisters, Crystle Flick, Betty Arbes, Fay Neely and Della Francisco.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Leadbetter (Lynda) of Shippenville, Candace Fye (Dudley) of Knox and Brenda Cokain (David) of Franklin; her grandchildren, Clayton Leadbetter, Jennifer Winters, John Leadbetter (Chrystal), Joshua Fye (Deborah) and Abigail Simcheck (Jeremy); her great grandchildren, Joseph, Jack, Jillian Winters, Nicholas, Mason, Katelyn Simcheck, Matthew Corner and McKenzie Farrell (Josh); and her brother Ronald Frederick (Jean) of Shippenville.
