She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles O. Shaffer and Nancy Ann Shaffer (Chrispen); her children, Charlie Wiencek and Elizabeth Ann Shaffer; and her former husband David "Smiley" Wiencek.
She is survived by: her sons, Butch Wiencek of Parker, James A. Wiencek of Oil City and Kristian Kunrod of Greensburg; her grandson Hunter David Wiencek of Clarion; her siblings, Andrew Shaffer, Norma Perry (Gregg) and JoAnn Chelton (Dave Best); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Rilynn, Olivia and Matthew; her nieces and nephews, Griffin Perry and Nancy Best; her pet Gypsy; and also Taylor Wilson (Benjamin). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
