He is survived by: his mother Melody Blair; his daughter Masyn Gadley of Cooperstown; and his siblings, Vivian Todd (Bill) of Oil City, Ty Blair of Cranberry, Josh Blair (Nicole) of Emlenton, Stacey Griffin (Mike) of Oil City, Janice Williams (Dave) of Oil City and Beverly Weingard (Dave) of Harrisburg.

Memorial donations can be sent the Kossuth Faith Church of the Nazarene, 2695 Rt 322, Kossuth PA 16331.
