He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard D. Babb and Martha A. Babb (Dessell); and his father-in-law Ronald E. McClintock. He is survived by: his children, Ian Babb of Butler and Sarah Kulling (Daniel) of Venus; his grandson Elijah Kulling of Venus; his siblings, Robert Babb (Sylvia) of Plum, Sally Dwyer (David) of Coatesville, Gary Babb (Darla) of Canfield, Marcie Wallace (Brian) of Penn Hills and Matthew Babb (Jen) of Oxford, Connecticut.; and his mother-in-law June McClintock of Rouseville. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
