He was predeceased by: his parents, John Maxwell and Geraldine Maxwell (Beatty); his former wife Robin Phillips Maxwell; his daughter Kelli Maxwell; his granddaughter Lilly Glaubach; his great grandchild Marleigh Rice; and his brothers, John Boyd Maxwell II and James Irid Maxwell.
He is survived by: his children, Jodi Baker-Lewis of Franklin, Georgia Monserrat (Al) of Boca Raton, Scott Maxwell of Polk, Michael Glaubach (Kimberly) of Manassas, VA, Marie Maxwell (Pete Thompson) of Mt. Lebanon, Howard Glaubach of Sarasota, FL, Jennifer Taylor (Joseph) of Franklin and Julie Glaubach of Manassas, VA; his granddaughter Amber (Jeff); his children, Stephanie (Bud), Ben (Ashley), Azrael, Faxon (Alexa), Damien, Shayna, Talia, Duncan, Kai, Malcolm, Maisie, Finn, Quinn, Peter, Adam, Zachary, Noah, Gabriel and Augustus; his great grandchild Aubrie; his grandchildren, Lillian, Parker, Rhenn and Tripp; and his siblings, Jerry Maxwell, Murdeane Heller, Marjorie Kerr (Tom) and Susan Neidich (Al). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
