She was predeceased by: her parent Roy Peaco; her husband Joseph Shak; her daughters, Mary Dash of Erie and Carol Sue Smith of Franklin; her granddaughter Letitia Dash; and her brothers, Howard Peaco, John Peaco and William Peaco.
She is survived by: her parent Mamie Peaco; her children, Joseph Shak of Mars, Roy Shak of Cranberry, Donna Gibson of New Philadelphia, OH and Vickie Shak of Mars; and her sisters, Violet Lawther of Valencia and Rachel Schell of West Alexander, PA.. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
