She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Kenneth and Louise Rodgers (Seyler); and her siblings, Elizabeth Joyce Yeager and Kenneth Robert Rodgers. She is survived by: her children, Linda Rice (Tim) of Franklin and Doug Bevier (Jodi) of Rocky Grove; her grandchildren, Brianna Bevier (Jace Junk), Haydon Bevier, Latasha Scharff, Nick Rice and Tommy Cutchall; her sisters, Judith Ann Rembold (Jim) of Oil City and Deborah Shiley (Bill) of Senoia, Georgia; and her sisters-in-law, Ruth Bevier of Neiltown, Marilyn Creacraft of Centerville and Dorothy Rodgers of Sligo.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Oil City Salvation Army, 217 Sycamore St., Oil City, PA 16301.
