She was predeceased by: her stepson Justin Michael Waters; her stepfather Ernest P. "Ernie" Swartzfager; and her sister-in-law Elista Phillippi. She is survived by: her parents, Arthur Daye Phillippi and Carol M. Swartzfager (Heeter) of Seneca; her stepsons, Eric Waters and Joshua Waters; her daughter-in-law Nikki Waters of Greeley, Colorado; her grandson Grayson Waters of Greeley, Colorado.; her brother William Carl Phillippi; her stepsiblings, Becky Rankin, Rick Swartzfager (Belinda), Wendy Tate and David Swartzfager; and her parents-in-law, Dorothy Davis of Cranberry and Tony Davis Jr.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
