She was predeceased by: her parents, Clair Bailey and Goldie Bailey (Moyer); her former husbands, Donald Heckathorn and Perry Martin; her fiancé Garry Boyer; her great grandchild Brandan Debald; and her siblings, Robert, Joel Bailey and Opal Mallory.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Mathews (Ron) of Cranberry, Donna Douglass (Daniel) of Cherrytree and Walter Heckathorn (Lynn Fink) of Oil City; her great grandchildren, Samantha Hicks, Bradley Heckathorn Jr., Peyton Heckathorn, Mathew, Lauren and Lilliana Debald; her siblings, Clair, Byron, Ralph Bailey, Joan Heisler and Blanche Carr; and her sister-in-law Ruth Bailey of California. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
