She was predeceased by: her parents, George R. Higley of Rome, NY. and Maisie Carlin Higley-Costello of Rome, NY.; her husband Gary; her sister Elizabeth "Betty" Higley; and her great grandchild Conner Andrews.
She is survived by: her children, Tracey Rembold of Knox, PA, Laurie Flowers of Pensacola, FL, Terry Rembold (Stacie) of Carlisle, PA, Lisa Sloan of Knox, PA and Todd Rembold of Shippenville, PA; her grandchildren, Ryan, Vanessa, Jonathan, Jaime, Brandon, Allysa, Stephanie, Kaitlyn, Sarah, Patrick, Sean, Jensen, Hope and Kaiden; her great grandchildren, Nathan, Rylee, Natalie, Dayton, Aylivia, Greysen and Locklyn; and her brothers, Arthur Higley (Wendy) of Camden, NY and Charles Costello of Clinton, NY.. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
