He was predeceased by: his child Mark Zack; and his parents, Alice Zack (Morrissey) and Joseph R. Zack. He is survived by: his child Beth Ann; his grandchildren, Corey Kushik and Shane Isasky; and his siblings, Alice "Lal" Ferrari, Antoinette "Anta" Patterson (Robert) and Richard S. Zack (Barbara). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
