He was predeceased by: his parent Marion Mentzer; his daughter Erin M. Mentzer; and his sister Timberly Markey. He is survived by: his mother Deloris Frazer Garrison of Duncansville; his wife Jean Lanzendorfer Mentzer; his son Michael N. Mentzer (Michelle) of Mars; and his grandchildren, Casey, Cameron and Chloe.
