She was predeceased by: her husband Thaddeus A. Osial, Sr.; and her sons, Richard and James. She is survived by: her children, Thaddeus A. Osial, Jr. (Linda) and Mary Jo Osial (Eric); and her grandchildren, James R., Alissa A., Ryan, Justin and Eric Osial. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
