She was predeceased by: her parent Robert George Frederick, Sr.; and her husband Arnold Lee "Arnie" Smith. She is survived by: her parent Dot Barzen Frederick; her children, Allison L. Smith of Cranberry Twp, Benjamin T. Smith (Lynn) of Loganville, GA and Frederick L. Smith (Lynn) of Freedom; her grandchildren, Thomas, Andrew, Zach, Preston and Alexis; and her brother Robert George Frederick, Jr. (Pat) of Greer, SC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
