She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Melodia and Linda Melodia (Perugini); her sister Christine Lau; her granddaughter Monica Troppman; her great grandchild Gabriella Koerner; and her sister-in-law Jane Melodia.
She is survived by: her husband Glenn D. Irwin; her children, Linda Jorinscay (Jeffry), Debra Koerner (Raymond), Denise Kuziel (John), Idalyn Irwin and Martin J. Irwin (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Jeffry Jorinscay, Jr. (Amanda), Joseph Jorinscay (Lisa), Nicholas Jorinscay (Elaine Smith), Raymond R. Koerner III (Jenifer), Kimberly Matta (Dan), Brian Koerner (Chastity), Lisa Atcheson (Robert), Dan Troppman (Becky), Brittany Gonzalez (Joseph), Amy Troppman, Desiree Kuziel, Martin J. Irwin, Jr. (Stacey), Madison Irwin and Linda Irwin; her brothers, Philip Melodia (Joan), Anthony Melodia and Donald Melodia (Renee); and her brother-in-law Dennis Lau. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
