She was predeceased by: her parents, James A. Oblack and Ruth S. Oblack (Sloop); her husband Donald J. Randolph; and her sister Nancy Frankenstein. She is survived by: her sister Charmaine A. "Sherry" Elder of Newport Beach, CA; and her brother-in-law David L. Frankenstein of Zelienople. She is also survived by two nieces, two nephews, two great-nieces and two great-nephews.
