He was predeceased by: his parents, David H. Parker and Stella Parker Sr. (Ambroziak); and his siblings, David H. Parker Jr. and Rhonda Joslin. He is survived by: his grandson Jace Timothy; his wife Carol Parker (Bilinski); his sons, Ryan Parker (Amber) of Bridgeville and Kevin Parker (Jessica); his grandson Jace Timothy Parker; and his siblings, Mark Parker of Tarentum and Linda Parker of Robinson Township.
