She is survived by: her children, Christina Hoffman (John) of Wexford and Thomas Hardin, Jr. of New Alexandria, PA; her grandchildren, John Michael, Jr., Ethan, Lindsey, Avery, Kylie and Macey Hoffman; and her brothers, Richard Daw (Leslyn) of Monroeville and Donald Daw of North Versailles. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and their children.
