She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley Tylak; her mother Amelia Rozycki; and her siblings, Margaret Wolfe and Samuel Wold, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Tylak (Edward Gillett, Jr.) of Cranberry Twp and Karen Tylak of Columbus, OH; and her grandchildren, Jessica, Annalisa, Allison and Emily. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
