He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth F. Duggan and Charles E. Duggan. He is survived by: his wife Elaine (Tonarelli); his children, Edward Zimmermann (Amanda), Dominick Duggan (Kim-Marie), Zach Duggan (Alyssa), Katie Duggan and Joseph Duggan (Paige); his grandchildren, Rayne, Lyric, Asa, Finn Zimmermann, Nora, Evelyn, Sophia, Walker and Adalyn Duggan; and his siblings, Kathy Roedersheimer (Edward), Chuck Duggan (Chris) and Barbie Mace (Trey).
