She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Commons and Maxine Jones Commons; and her sister Rebecca Nottingham. She is survived by: her husband Stephen L. Crandell; her children, Holly E. Crandell and Jason M. Crandell (Stephanie Scherer); her grandchildren, Eve and Zahra Dana; her sister Pamela Williams; and her pet Sophie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
