He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Kushnereit and Freda Kushnereit (Petzold); and his siblings, Robert Frederick Kushnereit, Rudolph Paul Kushnereit and Ruth M. Caler.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Karl "Rick" Kushnereit (Janet) of Cranberry Twp, David Paul Kushnereit (Susan) of Evans City, Susan Marie Graf (Bill) of New Smyrna Beach, FL and Kurt William Kushnereit of Brazil, Indiana. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren; and his six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Boylan-Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. - Cranberry Township (130 Wisconsin Ave, Cranberry Twp, PA 16066). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Divine Grace Parish-St. Ferdinand Church (2535 Rochester Rd, Cranberry Twp, PA 16066).
