He is survived by: his wife Sandra L.; his sister Mary Halstead; his children, Charles "Chuck" (Sue), Susan Baker (Stewart), Laura Twerdok (Mike) and John "Andy" (Mikell); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Alexis, Brittany (Phil), John, Steven, Andy Ruthanne, David and Joseph; his great grandchild Carter; his stepchildren, Norman Cook (Stacy), Richard Cook (Jean) and Julie Schwartz (Dale); his stepgrandchildren, Olivia, Vanessa, Thomas, Sarah Perkins (Jordan) and Karalee Barch (Tim); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Rachel, Alex, Ella and Westin.
