He was predeceased by: his parents, Hayden Mayhew and Dora (Pierini); and his brother Tom Mayhew. He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Lehman); his children, Matthew Mayhew (Maggie) of Scott Township and Michelle Martin (Jack) of Cranberry Township; his grandchildren, Molly Mayhew (Kevin), Makayla Mayhew, Katie, Christian and Sean Martin; and his great grandchild Callum Chaussard.
