She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Albert and Julia Geisendorfer, Jr. (Culp); her son Christopher Boddy; and her brother Henry Albert Geisendorfer III. She is survived by: her husband John Edward Boddy; her son Bradley (Susan); and her grandchildren, Megan and Jason Boddy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in Joan's name to the American Parkinson Disease Association.
