She was predeceased by: her parents, William G. Wolfarth and Hazel J. Kearney; her husband James H. Lawson Sr.; her brother Thomas Conley; her grandson-in-law Aaron Mohnkern; her nephew Jim Conley; and her grandmother Minnie Kearney.

She is survived by: her children, Cynthia L. Ayres (Thomas), James H. Lawson Jr. (Karen) and April L. Knight (Steve); her grandchildren, Jamie Ayres, Jodie Mohnkern, Steven Knight, Cody Knight, Cameron Knight and Phillip Shubert; and her great grandchildren, Christopher Heusey, Chloe Heusey, Grayson Knight, Harper Knight and Kayleigh Knight.
