He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Hankins and Grace Hankins; and his sister Nellie Mae Obaker. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kelly Hankins; his sons, James D. Hankins, Jr. (Maureen), Michael K. Hankins (Roberta), Timothy C. Hankins (Deborah) and Daniel C. Hankins (Crystal Scullion); and his sister Norma Kelley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Jim's name to Perry-Ionic Lodge No. 796, 272 Buxton Rd. Avella, PA 15312.
