David Ryan Cook Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Winifred Eileen Cook (Gray) and Albert Beam Cook; and his brother Dr. Wayne Bruce Cook. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Sivulich; his children, Sandra Ann Cook Kerns (Jonathan Richard Kerns) and David Craig Cook of Ladera Ranch, CA; his grandchildren, Noah George Cook, Huxley Herbert Cook and Wells Rigby Cook; and his brother Ronald Lee Cook.
In remembrance of Ryan's life, the family asks that donations be made to the Allegheny Plateau Audubon Society and the Allegheny Front Hawk Watch.
