He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, Edward and Thelma Blaha. He is survived by: his parents, Nicholas J. Maskalick (Margie) and Janet Ginsberg Hannon; his wife Kathleen Maskalick (Blaha); his siblings, Greg Maskalick (Gail) and Anne Andersen; and his brother-in-law John Blaha (Karen). He is also survived by his family and friends.
