He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Doolittle and Lucinda Doolittle; and his siblings, Floyd "Murph", Don, Joan, Sally and Joe.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Doolittle; his children, Shannon Doolittle and Amy Green; his grandchildren, Josh, Kaylee, Matthew, Logan, Julian, Zachary and Evan; his great grandchildren, Aralyn and Alesia; and his sister Betty Doolittle.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in David's name to Cranberry Township EMS.
