She was predeceased by: her parents, John Walter and Carolyn Leota Driggs Fluharty; her husband Jack O. Shaffer of Natrona, PA; and her siblings, Delora Foret, Marilyn Baber, Dorothy Lutes, Gloria Meeks, Elaine McBride, Barbara Jowers and Warren Fluharty.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Ann Shaffer of Cranberry Township and Mark A. Shaffer (Christine) of Saxonburg, PA; her grandchildren, Melissa Weibel Horvath (Christopher) of Sewickley, Daniel Sean Weibel (Samantha) of Butler and Jack Kevin Shaffer of Brooklyn, NY; her great grandchildren, Jackson Anthony, Kenleigh Elle and Caiden Luke Horvath; her siblings, Loretta Singer of Canton, OH and John E. Fluharty (Ellen) of Gulfport, MS; and her sister-in-law Betty Fluharty of Wellsburg, WV..
