He was predeceased by: his brother Hank; and his parents, Henry Hoffman and Agnes Hoffman (Rupprecht). He is survived by: his wife Anna Hoffman (Dayon); his children, Sharon Kolarac (Hoffman), William E. Hoffman, Jr. and Sadly; his grandchildren, Lydia, Nick and Josh Kolarac; and his brother Fred Hoffman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
