He is survived by: his children, Greta Pegher (Fred Thompson) of Bethesda, OH and Vincent Pegher (Amber Oaks) of Erie; his grandchildren, Claire Ann Holieb, Kyla Pegher, Shana Pegher and Camille Pegher; his sister Jacquelyn Shober (Harlan) of Washington; his nieces and nephews, Stacey Simpson (Mark), Dawn Jardini (David), Harlan L. Shober (Melissa) and Dean Shober (Jodi); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jordan, Madison Simpson, Maci, Jaylyn, Hope Shober, J. J., Rinnie, Gracie Jardini, Ethan (Carolyn), Harlan L. Jr., Haiden Shober and Evan Simpson; and also Navie Shober.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the McIlvaine-Speakman Funeral Home LTD. (27 Cherry Ave, Houston, PA 15342). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
