She was predeceased by: her husband John Gilbert; and her siblings, Joseph Maseth and Katherine Myer. She is survived by: her children, John (Diane), Thomas and Robert Gilbert; her grandsons, Bryan Gilbert and Jeffery Gilbert (Shannon); and her great grandchildren, Luca and Olivia.
