He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine "Toots" Kleer (Webb); his daughter Janet Feldbauer; his grandson Jeffrey; and his sibling Russell Kleer. He is survived by: his children, Catherine Ling (late Casey), Joseph Kleer (Lori) and Richard Dale Kleer; his grandchildren, Jamie, Jody, Michael, Jennifer, Alexandra, Jonathan, Robbie and Ricky; his siblings, Donald Kleer (Nancy), Lorraine Celone (Jay) and Robert Kleer; and his friend Patricia Hickey. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, many nieces and nephews.
