He was predeceased by: his sibling-in-law John Lugaila (Kathy). He is survived by: his spouse Loretta Barthelemy (Lugaila); his children, Debbie Blaich (Russell), Amy Mosher (Mark), Don Barthelemy (Lisa), Ranae Frizzell (Tim), Ray Barthelemy (Courtney), Bobby Smith and Johnny Smith; his grandchildren, Kateyln, Tyler, Karlee, Alyssa, Jacob, Hayley, Hannah, Eddie, Brett and Honour; his siblings, Lois Peck, Mary Blumle, Joan Soho, Frank, Bill and Leonard Barthelemy; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Leonhiser (late Butch), Louise Muha (Fran), William Lugaila (Lois), Patty Smith (Bob), Richard Lugaila (Margie) and Rita Girvin (Chuck). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
